Documents needed for underwriting:
- Copy of the front of a valid ID
- Copy of Voided check with Entity Name OR Bank Letter
- 3 Month's bank statements (every page please, month-end statements individually by month, NOT just transaction summaries we need the entire statement, PDFs preferred)
- 3 Month's processing statements (if applicable) - will need processing statements for all merchant accounts that appear on bank statements
